* Ikan / Fish – 600 gm
* PES ASAM PEDAS / ASAM PEDAS PASTE – 1 pek / pack
* Air / Water – 2 cawan / cups
* Daun Kesum / Polyganum Leaves – 3 tangkai / stalks
* Tomato, Bendi, Terung ungu / Tomato, Okra, Purple Brinjal
1) Didihkan PES ASAM PEDAS & air selama 5 minit
Boil ASAM PEDAS PASTE & water for 5 minutes
2) Masukkan ikan, daun kesum, tomato, bendi & terung
Add in fish, polyganum leaves, tomato, akra & brinjal
3) Masak lagi selama 10 – 15 minit
Cook for another 10 – 15 minutes
4) Hidangkan
