CADANGAN PENYEDIAAN / SUGGESTION METHOD :
* Ayam / Chicken – 800 gm
* PES BAWANG BEREMPAH / BAWANG BEREMPAH PASTE – 1 pek / pack
* Air / Water – 1/2 cawan / cups
* Bawang Holland / Yellow Onion – 1/2 biji / nos
* Bawang Goreng / Fried Onions – 25 gm
1) Lumur ayam dengan garam & serbuk kunyit
Rub chicken with salt & turmeric powder
2) Goreng ayam selama 8 – 10 minit
Fry chicken for 8 – 10 minutes
3) Panaskan PES BAWANG BEREMPAH, daun kari dan daun pandan
Heat the BAWANG BEREMPAH PASTE, curry leaves and pandan leaves
4) Masukkan bawang Holland – kacau selama 5 minit
Add yellow onion – stir for 5 minutes
5) Masukkan ayam goreng – kacau selama 10 minit
Add fried chicken – stir another 10 minutes
6) Taburkan bawang goreng & hidangkan
Sprinkle fried onions & ready to serve
