CADANGAN PENYEDIAAN / SUGGESTION METHOD :

* Ikan – Kelar sedikit / Fish – Make cut – 600 gm
* PES IKAN BAKAR PORTUGIS / PORTUGIS GRILLED FISH PASTE – 1 pek / pack
* Air / Water – 1/4 cawan / cups
* Limau Kasturi / Calamansi – 1 biji / nos

1) Lumur ikan dengan garam & serbuk kunyit
    Rub fish with salt & turmeric powder
2) Panaskan PES IKAN BAKAR PORTUGIS & air selama 6 minit
    Heat PORTUGIS GRILLED FISH PASTE & water for 6 minutes
3) Alas Hot Plate dengan daun pisang – renjiskan minyak
    Put banana leaves on hot plate – sprinkle some oil
4) Bakar ikan selama 12 minit sambil diterbalikkan
    Grill fish for 12 minutes while turn over
5) Curahkan PES IKAN BAKAR PORTUGIS di atasnya – masak sebentar
    Pour PORTUGIS GRILLED FISH PASTE on top – cook for a while
6) Perahkan limau kasturi & hidangkan
    Squeeze calamansi & ready to serve
