CADANGAN PENYEDIAAN / SUGGESTION METHOD :

* Ayam / Chicken – 600 gm
* PES KARI HIJAU THAI / THAI GREEN CURRY PASTE – 1 pek / pack
* Air / Water – 2/5 cawan / cups
* Santan / Coconut Milk – 1 cawan / cups
* Daun Limau Purut / Kaffir Lime Leaves – 4 helai / pcs
* Terung Hijau, Cili Merah / Green Binjal, Red Chilies

1) Panaskan santan sebentar
    Heat coconut milk
2) Masukkan PES KARI HIJAU THAI, masak selama 3~4 minit
    Add THAI GREEN CURRY PASTE, cook for 3~4 minutes
3) Masukkan ayam, kacau selama 5~6 minit
     Add chicken, stir for 5~6 minutes
4) Masukkan air dan daun limau purut, masak selama 6~8 minit
     Add water and kaffir lime leaves, cook for 6~8 minutes
5) Masukkan terung hijau, masak selama 5~6 minit
    Add green brinjal, cook for 5~6 minutes
6) Hidangkan
     Ready to Serve
