CADANGAN PENYEDIAAN / SUGGESTION METHOD :
* Ayam / Chicken – 800 gm
* PES RENDANG / RENDANG PASTE – 1 pek / pack
* Air / Water – 1 cawan / cup
* Santan / Coconut Milk – 3/4 cawan / cups
* Daun Kunyit / Turmeric Leaves – 1 helai / pc
1) Panaskan PES RENDANG, air dan santan selama 5 minit
Heat RENDANG PASTE, water and coconut milk for 5 minutes
2) Masukkan ayam dan kacau selama 15~20 minit
Add in chicken and stir for 15~20 minutes
3) Masukkan daun kunyit dan masak selama 10 minit
Add in turmeric leaves and cook for 10 minutes
4) Hidangkan
