* Udang, Sotong atau Isi Ayam / Prawn, Squid or Chicken Meat – 800g
* PES TOM YUM / TOM YUN PASTE – 250g
* Air / Water – 3 cawan/cups
* Bawang Holland / Yellow Onion – 1/2 biji/nos
* Serai / Lemongrass – 2 batang/stalks
* Lengkuas / Galangal – 1/2 inci/inch
* Daun Limau Purut / Kaffir Lime Leaves – 5 helai/pcs
* Tomato / Tomato – 1 biji/nos
* Cili Padi / Bird’s Eye Chili – 6 biji/nos
* Susu Cair / Evaporated Milk – 2/5 cawan/cups
1) Didihkan air bersama bawang besar, serai, lengkuas dan daun limau purut
Boil water with onion, lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves
2) Masukan PES TOM YUM
Add TOM YUM PASTE
3) Masukan Udang, Sotong atau Ayam
Add Prawn, Squid or Chicken meat
4) Masukan Cendawan, Tomato dan Cili Padi
Add Mushroom, Tomato and Bird’s eys chili
5) Kecilkan api, masukan susu cair. Siap dihidangkan
Reduce the fire, add evaporated milk and ready to serve
