RENDANG DAGING / BEEF RENDANG

Ingredients

700gm Beef

1 Rendang Paste

3 cups Water

250gm Coconut Milk

2 Kaffir Lime Leaves – Julienne it

Instructions

  1. Heat Rendang Paste with water 
  2. Add beef, stir and mix well with cooking paste. Simmer over low heat and stir occasionally for approximately 50 minutes
  3. Pour coconut milk and add kaffir lime leaves, simmer and stir for approximately 30 minutes till meat is tender – add water if it getting dry
