CADANGAN PENYEDIAAN / SUGGESTION METHOD :

* Udang atau Ikan Bilis / Prawn or Anchovies – 500 gm
* PES IBU SAMBAL / IBU SAMBAL PASTE – 1 pek / pack
* Air / Water – 1/4 cawan / cups
* Bawang Holland / Yellow Onion – 1/2 biji / nos
* Garam / Salt

1) Panaskan PES IBU SAMBAL dan air selama 6 minit
    Heat the IBU SAMBAL PASTE and water for 6 minutes
2) Masukan bawang Holland dan garam – kacau selama 6 minit
    Add the Yellow onion and salt – stir for 6 minutes
3) Masukan Udang atau Ikan Bilis – kacau selama 8~10 minit
    Add Prawn or Anchovies – stir for 8~10 minutes
4) Hidangkan
    Ready to serve
